Maura King is a physician assistant who joined Dermatology Associates at the beginning of 2025. Maura previously practiced dermatology in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for three years before she and her husband relocated to the Flathead Valley to explore their love of national parks and take advantage of all of the outdoor activities Montana has to offer.

Maura initially started her journey in healthcare by completing two years of her doctorate in pharmacy. While she loved the science and pharmacology focus, she felt like she was missing out on the hands-on aspect of patient care. She then switched tracks to study to earn her master’s degree to become a physician assistant. She graduated from Concordia University Wisconsin in 2022. Maura also earned her Diplomate Fellowship from the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants in 2024. Maura enjoys treating a variety of skin conditions including acne, warts, eczema, psoriasis, hair loss, while also focusing on preventative skin cancer checks.

Maura and her husband look forward to laying down roots for their family here in the Flathead Valley!
